Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • I always appreciate 48 hours notice in the event you would like to cancel so that I may offer the time to another client.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours of scheduled appointment, will require paying an unreturnable deposit worth 50% of the service you want to book. An invoice will be sent your email, Deposit should be paid within 24hours of your appointment request. 

  • I understand emergency come up and things happen. In this case, please text 816-405-0042 to waive the 50% deposit.

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT

  • If you are 10 minutes late OR more to your scheduled appointment, I HAVE THE LIBERTY TO CANCEL/ RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT.

  • On the day of your appointment if you are running late or have an emergency, please text 816-405-0042 prior to your appointment time. Thank you 

  • No show appointments will not be tolerated.

  • If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment day, that is considered a no show appointment. The no show will be noted in Vagaro.
 
  • To be able to schedule future appointments, a full 100% non-refundable deposit of the service you want to book will be due. An invoice will be sent your email, Deposit should be paid within 24hours of your appointment request. 


Hair Preparation for Appointment

  • Please arrive with your hair in it’s natural state ( “wash and go”), washed two days or less prior to appointment, detangled (there is a detangling fee if excessive detangling is necessary), fully dry, and with a minimal amount of light styling products (no oils or heavy butters)
